Justice for Iran has just launched an interactive map with exact or approximate locations of around seventy mass graves across Iran, linked to the clandestine political massacres carried out across the country in 1988. The data was collected from families of the victims, political activists and local eyewitnesses.
Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team (EAAF)
The Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team is a non-governmental, non-profit, scientific organization that applies forensic sciences—mainly forensic anthropology and archaeology—to the investigation of human rights violations in Argentina and worldwide. EAAF was established in 1984 to investigate the cases of at least 9,000 disappeared people in Argentina’s 1976-193 military junta. Today, the team works in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe.
